When you register for AWI, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and other profile information you provide.
We collect data you enter into the platform, including goals, assessments, performance scores, department structures, and team member information.
We automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns to improve our service and ensure security.
If you contact us, we retain the content of your messages along with your contact details to respond and improve our support.
To provide and maintain the AWI platform, including user authentication, goal tracking, assessments, and performance analytics.
To send transactional emails such as account confirmations, password resets, deadline reminders, and team invitations.
To improve our product by analyzing usage patterns, identifying bugs, and understanding which features are most valuable.
To ensure the security of your account and our platform, including fraud detection and abuse prevention.

Access to your organization's data is restricted to authorized members of your organization based on the roles and permissions you configure.

We do not share your personal or organizational data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., email delivery via SMTP providers).

If AWI or Akilidex is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
You can access, update, or correct your personal information at any time through your AWI account settings.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at contact@akilidex.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
Organization administrators can manage, export, or delete team member data within the platform.
You have the right to withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., audit logs).
Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement.
AWI is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform.
Your continued use of AWI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
