By creating an account or using AWI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using AWI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

AWI is a workforce intelligence and performance management platform that enables organizations to set goals, conduct assessments, track performance metrics, and manage teams.

We provide the platform on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We continuously work to improve the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features and functionality may change over time as we develop and improve the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account information up to date.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access, roles, and permissions within their organization.

You agree to use AWI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not use the platform to store or transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or related systems.

You must not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without our written consent.

You must not use AWI in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service for other users.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into AWI, including goals, assessments, employee information, and organizational data.

By using the platform, you grant AWI a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to delivering the service.

AWI offers free and paid subscription tiers. The features available to you depend on your organization's subscription level.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Pricing and plan details are available on the platform.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@akilidex.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWI and Akilidex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions, bugs, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform.

Your continued use of AWI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
